The Accntnt was founded on a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same quality of financial advice that large companies get — without the impersonal service, the rotating junior staff, and the bill you didn't see coming.

UK Practice LeadACCA-qualified chartered accountant with a background in Big 4 external audit and a specialism in cloud accounting. Haroon heads up the UK practice, leading client work across personal tax, limited companies, e-commerce, and construction. He is also an Accounting Specialist at Xero and the founder of Stone — a climate-financial intelligence platform.
Muhammad Hamza
Co-Founder & Partner
UAE Practice LeadACCA and CMA-qualified chartered accountant specialising in UAE accounting, audit, and advisory. Hamza heads up the UAE practice, managing Corporate Tax registrations, VAT compliance, mainland and Free Zone accounting, real estate sector work (RERA escrow, Mollak service charges), and cross-border advisory for expat clients. His deep understanding of FTA regulations and UAE business structures ensures clients stay fully compliant from day one.
