Small Business Accountant Dubai

Bookkeeping, Corporate Tax registration and returns, and VAT for UAE small businesses, with small business relief built in.

What we do

Running a small business in Dubai means staying on top of bookkeeping, Corporate Tax, and VAT without a finance team. We handle all of it. Monthly bookkeeping on your preferred cloud platform, Corporate Tax registration with the Federal Tax Authority, the annual CT return, and quarterly VAT filing where you are registered. Crucially, we assess whether you qualify for small business relief (revenue up to AED 3 million), so eligible businesses elect for it and pay no Corporate Tax while staying fully compliant. One team, one fixed annual fee, every UAE deadline tracked for you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Every UAE business, mainland or Free Zone, must register with the Federal Tax Authority for Corporate Tax, even if no tax ends up being due. Registration is done through the EmaraTax portal and there are deadlines tied to your licence issue date, with administrative penalties for late registration. We handle the registration and track the deadline for you.

Small business relief lets eligible businesses with revenue up to AED 3 million in the relevant tax period elect to be treated as having no taxable income, so no Corporate Tax is due. You must still register and file, and you elect for it each year. We check your revenue against the threshold and make the election where it benefits you.

One fee covers monthly bookkeeping on your cloud platform, Corporate Tax registration with the FTA, your annual Corporate Tax return, quarterly VAT filing where you are registered, audit-ready financial statements for licence renewal, and a compliance calendar tracking every deadline. Our small business packages start from AED 3,000 per year.

The Corporate Tax return is due within nine months of the end of your financial year. VAT returns are filed quarterly (or monthly for larger businesses) within 28 days of the end of each tax period. We file both well ahead of the deadline so you avoid FTA penalties.
